Dr. Larry Abernathy, Director of Music and Arts, preparing for worship with Will Belote

We praise God in many ways using our unique God-given talents in music. Our church family has an active music ministry with offerings for singers, ringers and instrumentalists interested in participating in our many worship services. Our children’s music ministry is structured to teach musical skills, strengthen faith, and enable the whole child to be spiritually as well as musically nurtured. We have developed a variety of groups to meet the interest and skill levels of our diverse congregation. Consider joining our caring community of musicians.

Our goals are threefold:
• to make a vital contribution to the life of the Kirk
• to lift up our worship experiences
• to enable our participants to praise our Lord with their personal best.

There is free, certified childcare available for all adult music rehearsals.

For more information please contact Larry Abernathy or call the church office at 919-467-4944.
