Healthy Lifestyles Group
The Healthy Lifestyles Group is a group of Kirk members and attendees who would like to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle for themselves and for the entire congregation. The group has established the following goals:
- To learn and share evidence-based information about healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyles.
- To identify obstacles and find solutions to eating healthier foods through education.
- To pursue physical activity by providing information, support and accountability.
- To balance all elements of our lives.
Because we are newly formed, many details have not been firmed up, but we plan to to share information and support via monthly meetings, emails and our blog.
