Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga classThis group meets on Friday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 am in the Narthex to practice basic yoga poses that increase flexibility and develop strength and balance. Breathing techniques for stress reduction, emotional balance and overall well-being are incorporated into each class. No experience is needed, but continuing students can also benefit from ongoing practice, as well.
