Book Discussion Group
The Kirk’s Book Discussion Group meets in members’ homes at 7:30 p.m. on the third Friday evening of every month except July for lively discussions of a wide variety of books. In December we watch a movie instead of reading a book.
All adults are welcome — first-timers, those who can only come occasionally, singles, couples — whether or not they have finished (or even started) the book of the month. In fact, all those who are interested in discussions of fiction and non-fiction are welcome. Dessert and coffee are served by the host.
Although Book Group occasionally reads books on religious subjects the slate of titles always ranges widely, in both fiction and non-fiction, and is determined solely by the interests of its members. Book Group is not a study group; its purpose is to enjoy good books, good company, and good snacks. Please come!
For more information about the group, contact Wendy Segreti, firstname.lastname@example.org.
